"Da Martina" is a cozy, newly renovated two-room apartment.
It’s strategically located for exploring Padua and the surrounding area: it’s a 10-minute drive from the Padua East highway exit and a 10-minute drive from downtown Padua.
It’s also accessible by public transportation: a 5-minute walk away is the tram stop that takes you directly to the historic center and the train station.

“Da Martina” is 40 square meters, located on the first floor, and faces southwest. It features a security door, an entryway with a coat rack and shoe cabinet, a bright double bedroom, a bathroom with a window, a comfortable living room with a sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and, to top it off, a cozy little terrace complete with chairs and a small table for enjoying moments outdoors.
The sleeper sofa is very comfortable to sleep on, but when it’s open, you can’t access the terrace: after sleeping, just fold it up and it becomes a sofa again—the whole process takes just a few seconds.
There is a building parking lot, and otherwise, there are free parking spots around the house.
You’ll find unlimited Wi-Fi, towels, a hair dryer, air conditioning, a small clothesline, an iron, and an ironing board.

The area is very well-served: three supermarkets and a pharmacy are a 5-minute walk away, a grocery store is 3 minutes away, a bakery and a beautiful park are 2 minutes away, and there’s a takeout pizzeria right across the street.
