Holmes Beach, FL 34217

Welcome to Spoonbill Cottage, where thoughtful design meets the easygoing charm of an Anna Maria Island beach house. This freshly renovated, four-bedroom, four-bathroom retreat pairs a private pool with one of the best parts of any beach vacation: being close enough to go whenever the mood strikes. Step out front, spot the beach access, and take the three-minute walk to the sand.

Thoughtfully Designed, Easy to Enjoy
The owner and Houston-based interior designer brings a personal touch to Spoonbill Cottage, creating a welcoming setting for slow mornings, time together, and unwinding after a day in the sun. The home’s single-story ranch layout keeps vacation life simple, with all four bedrooms and bathrooms on one level.
Whether you’re visiting with family or sharing a getaway with friends, Spoonbill Cottage offers space to come together and room to retreat. Four bathrooms make getting ready for dinner—or rinsing off after the beach—a little easier for the whole group.

Your Own Private Pool
Start the day with a swim or spend a leisurely afternoon by the pool. Having your own pool means there’s always another way to enjoy the Florida sunshine, even on the days you decide to stay home.
And with the beach just three minutes away, there’s no need to choose between a pool day and a beach day. There’s time for both.

A Beach Walk That Fits Into Every Day
At Spoonbill Cottage, the beach can be part of your morning, your afternoon, and your evening. Head over for an early walk along the water, return home for lunch and a break, then wander back to catch the sunset. The nearby access makes even a quick visit to the shore feel effortless.
Fresh design, a laid-back atmosphere, and the beach just down the street—Spoonbill Cottage invites you to settle in and make yourself at home.
