TRAFFIC NOISE
The apartment is close to a freeway. Traffic may be audible in the living area. Existing guest information describes one bedroom as quiet and the other as having little noticeable traffic noise, but sound sensitivity varies. Please consider this before booking.

SIMPLE STARTER PANTRY
A small selection of basic pantry items is provided, rather than a fully stocked pantry. Bring your groceries and preferred coffee; coffee capsules are not provided.

KEY COLLECTION
Collect your key before 11 pm. For checkout before the collection shop opens at 7 am, contact the host in advance to arrange key return. Please contact the host for apartment support.

OTHER DETAILS
We look after the place very carefully, please take off your shoes when entering the room. Please note like most Australian hotels/bnbs, we don’t provide slippers in the room, feel free to bring your own slippers if needed.

Our standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

As much as we’d love to accommodate every request, our property often has back-to-back bookings. This means our cleaners need the full window to thoroughly clean and prepare the space to meet our hygiene and cleanliness standards for every guest.

For this reason, early check-ins and late check-outs incur a fee of $100 per request and are subject to availability. We kindly ask you to consider this before making a request.
