THE SETTING
The villa is located within the lively tourist village of Porto Coda Cavallo, which is primarily frequented by families and situated on the Coda Cavallo peninsula facing the islands of Tavolara and Molara. The peninsula is part of the magnificent Tavolara Marine Protected Area and is 8 km north of San Teodoro, 15 km south of Olbia’s Costa Smeralda Airport (a 20-minute drive), 17 km south of Olbia’s Isola Bianca port.
The villa was strategically built at the narrowest point of the peninsula. For this reason, it is just a few hundred meters from Salina Bamba Beach to the south and Cala Suaraccia Beach to the north. Whether the wind is a Mistral or a Scirocco, there will always be a sheltered beach within easy walking distance via a flat private road (suitable for strollers).
Walking over the small hill, you’ll reach one of the most beautiful and famous beaches in all of Sardinia: Cala Brandinchi, known as “Tahiti” for its crystal-clear waters and breathtaking bay.
Four other beaches (Salinedda, Lastra Ruia, Cala Paradiso, Cala Pipara) are easily accessible on foot.
All beaches are open to the public and free for guests of the Villa. You can bring your own beach chairs and umbrellas from home, or rent them directly at the beach.
Villa guests can also use the tennis courts, soccer fields, mini-soccer fields, basketball courts, bocce courts, and all other village attractions free of charge.
In the central square, you’ll find shops, bars, restaurants, a supermarket, a pharmacy, and a spa and massage center.
If you love sports and water activities, this is the place for you. There are two diving centers where you can dive at sites within the Tavolara Marine Protected Area, which are considered among the most beautiful in the entire Mediterranean.
You can also rent boats, inflatable boats, windsurf boards, SUPs, kayaks, sailboats, etc., and play golf at one of the clubs near the villa.

THE VILLA
The villa is very welcoming and comfortable. Your privacy will be guaranteed throughout your stay.
It is a modern building constructed in harmony with the surrounding environment using traditional local materials, with Italian-made finishes and furnishings.
La Villa is surrounded by a beautiful covered veranda and a private garden with a pool, hot tub, and sun deck. It features two double bedrooms with private bathrooms, one bedroom with a queen-size bed and two single beds, two children’s beds, a living room with a double sofa and a double sofa bed, three bathrooms, two outdoor showers, a fully equipped kitchen with a large extendable table, a large veranda with a table for 12 people, and a relaxation area with sofas and armchairs overlooking the private garden.
You will have the entire villa to yourselves. There will be no other guests or anyone else during your stay.

GARDEN AND POOL
The private garden offers a magnificent view and features a beautiful lawn with plants, trees, and flowers typical of the area. A comfortable hammock is shaded by a centuries-old olive tree. The infinity pool features a shallow area just a few centimeters deep for younger children and hydromassage stations where you can admire the sunset while sipping a delicious glass of Vermentino. A child safety fence can be installed as needed (upon request, €50) to secure the pool, making the garden suitable and safe for children of all ages. The outdoor showers and lounge chairs can be used for sunbathing or for relaxing and resting in the shade. You can also use the BBQ to grill meat or fish, or the wood-fired oven to bake authentic Italian pizza. The back area of the garden has no sprinklers to keep it consistently dry, allowing you to hang towels and laundry out to dry in the sun. Privacy is also guaranteed in the garden, where you can admire the fantastic view without being seen from the outside.
Every week, the gardeners mow the lawn and tend to the flowers and plants, and the pool is thoroughly cleaned.

VERANDA
On two sides of the villa, there is a beautiful shaded veranda featuring a large table that seats 12 people and two relaxation areas with sofas, armchairs, and coffee tables. There is also a hammock for relaxing and two swings for the little ones. In case of wind, the entire area can be sheltered by closing the convenient roll-up awnings.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
The two double bedrooms each have their own private bathroom, closet, and hair dryer.
The third bedroom has a queen-size bed and two single beds and shares the third bathroom in the house. Two cribs are also available. The air conditioning is individually controlled; each room can adjust the temperature as desired. There are also two outdoor showers in the garden.
If there are 8 guests, 2 will sleep in the first double bedroom, 2 in the second double bedroom, 3 in the third bedroom, and 1 on the double sofa bed in the living room. (In addition to the two children’s cots).

KITCHEN
The kitchen is a beautiful Veneta Cucine fully equipped with everything you need. It features a large extendable table, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, an induction cooktop, small appliances, and an extra-large refrigerator. Included are plates, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans, and everything needed to prepare a meal worthy of a master chef.

LIVING ROOM
The living room features two large sofas, one of which converts into a double bed. It is equipped with satellite TV and Wi-Fi internet access.

LAUNDRY ROOM
In the laundry corner inside the third bathroom, there is a washing machine and a drying rack for guests who wish to do their own laundry.

SECURITY
The entire peninsula area is very quiet and safe. To make your stay even more peaceful, there is a private security service within the village and a video surveillance system along the outer perimeter of the villa’s garden. The footage is temporarily stored on the Hikvision DVR near the TV and is subsequently deleted automatically. No one can view the footage.
Please be respectful of your neighbors and the neighborhood by avoiding disruptive noise. Outdoor music is permitted during the day (but never after 11:50 PM). The resort’s family entertainment program also complies with noise level regulations. The music volume is always kept below the limit so as not to disturb the neighbors. Depending on the wind direction, between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM you may hear some noise from the west side of the garden; this is part of the vacation atmosphere. Entertainment is available only during the high season from mid-June to mid-September, but it is not guaranteed throughout the entire period.
