This gorgeous unit is located at Icon Tower 3 which is the same building of the W Hotel Brickell Miami. *A maximum of two adults can register to use amenities, while those under 18 are excluded from the count*

Due to scheduled building repairs, the pool and pool deck area are currently open only on Saturdays and Sundays. This schedule is determined and managed by the HOA and may change at any time without prior notice. We do not have control over these updates. All other amenities, including the spa and gym, remain open and operate seven days a week during their regular hours.

CHECK-IN PROCESS & ID REQUIREMENT
This is a self check-in through the building’s front desk.

• Every guest arriving with the main guest or arriving later must provide their ID and sign the building’s rules and regulations
• Minimum check-in age is 18
• Minors must be accompanied by an adult

CHECK-IN
This is a self check-in starts at 3PM through the building’s front desk.

CHECK-OUT
Check-out is before 10 AM.
A $100 late check-out fee applies for departures after 10 AM.

FOBS
The unit includes 2 sets of fobs.
Lost or unreturned fobs will be charged at $120 each if they are not returned by 3:00 PM on the same day of check-out.

AMENITY ACCESS
After registering with the front desk, guests can visit the pool desk between 9:30 AM and 5 PM to receive their amenity access QR codes. Guests must show ID and provide their phone to receive the code. This unit is allowed up to 2 QR codes. QR codes expire at 11 AM on check-out day. If you arrive outside these hours, you will need to wait until the next day to get access.

PARKING
The building offers valet parking only, with no in-and-out privileges. Rates are managed by a third-party company and may change at any time. Frequent use may lead to higher daily totals.

As an alternative, we offer a nearby self-parking garage for $35 plus tax per day with in-and-out access. The garage is two blocks away and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

BATHROOM POLICY
The building has sensitive plumbing. Do not flush wipes, excessive toilet paper, paper towels, hygiene products, or any trash. Guests are responsible for any plumbing costs caused by misuse.

HOUSE RULES
• No smoking
• No parties
• No pets

Violations will result in a $500 fee per incident.

We are committed to reducing our environmental footprint and have chosen not to offer paper towels. Instead, we provide cloth towels and kitchen towels for your convenience. This decision helps us reduce waste and protect the environment. We appreciate your support in this eco-friendly initiative.

There is a market and grocery store in walking distance or those can be ordered and delivered to your unit door.

Packaging Policy:

You can shop online and order packages under your name, then pick them up from the package room. Please do not use this address for official purposes or important documents such as bank statements, card replacements, or identification documents, as there is no access to the mailbox.
