Our freshly renovated apartment is located in a quiet inner courtyard – right in the heart of the popular Karl-Liebknecht-Street (“KarLi”) with its many cafés, bars, and small shops. This combines relaxed living with urban flair: peaceful nights in the courtyard and lively Leipzig right outside your door.

The apartment offers:

1 bedroom with a spacious king-size bed (180 × 200 cm)

An open-plan living and dining area – perfect for cooking together, playing games, or simply relaxing after an exciting day in the city.

You are within:
• 2 min (100 m) – supermarket (Konsum)
• 2 min (100 m) – tram stop
• 1 min (50 m) – restaurant
• 1 min (50 m) – bakery

We look forward to welcoming you!
