The entire apartment features tiled flooring.
The bathroom includes a modern walk-in shower; towels, shampoo, and shower gel are provided.
In addition to a dedicated parking space on the property directly in front of the house, guests have access to the apartment entrance via a covered area and a set of stairs. This is also where the key safe is located. Please note that the apartment’s drainage system uses a lifting unit (pump system); therefore, no fats, oils, or solid waste—such as feminine hygiene products—may be flushed down the drains.
