Spring 2027: Aspen Square will be closed from Mid-April to early June 2027 to allow for project work. Aspen (ASE) airport is closed from April 4, 2027 at 11 PM until November 19, 2027 at 7 PM for both commercial and general aviation operations.

Fireplace Update:
We've decommissioned our wood-burning fireplaces to prioritize guest safety and building protection. While we know you'll miss this longtime feature, you can still expect the same comfortable, well-appointed condominiums and unbeatable downtown Aspen location that make Aspen Square a favorite.

Aspen Square’s five One-Bedrooms are larger than studios, offering extra space and privacy for two guests. The king bedroom and full bath are accessed down a short hallway from the living / dining areas. A full kitchen adds to the convenience of this room. All of the one-bedrooms include a queen sleeper in the living room. With the queen-sized sleeper sofa, a one-bedroom can accommodate one or two more adults with an additional charge per adult. Partial SE and SW mountain views. In-room safe, guest robes are included.

Short, flat walk to Aspen’s Main Street dining, boutiques and nightlife (about 2–6 minutes). Aspen Mountain gondola and ski area access are a short walk or shuttle ride. Nearby green spaces include Wagner Park and riverside paths along the Roaring Fork. The area has an upscale mountain-resort character with high-end retail, galleries, and seasonal events; quiet residential pockets are interspersed with hotels and short-term rentals.

Extremely walkable for downtown errands, dining and nightlife. City of Aspen free shuttles and RFTA routes provide frequent, fare‑free local circulator service around downtown, to the ski lifts and to Snowmass; Rubey Park / Rio Grande Transit Center is the local hub a short walk away. Regional travel (Snowmass, Basalt, Glenwood Springs) is served by RFTA regional buses. Ride-hail and taxi services operate but can be limited during peak season; many guests use local shuttle companies for airport transfers. Biking is common (seasonal); public bike-share and secure bike parking are available nearby. Parking in downtown is limited—guests may prefer drop-off or park at Brush Creek Park & Ride for shuttle connections.
