The Space:

Welcome to Coral Tides, an oceanside home designed for those who come to the Florida Keys for boating, fishing, and the laid-back coastal lifestyle.

With 40 feet of dockage and easy access to the ocean, Coral Tides makes it effortless to bring your boat and explore the Keys. Spend the day cruising, fishing, or discovering nearby islands, then return to the comfort and privacy of your own waterfront home.

The outdoor spaces are designed for relaxing and entertaining, with plenty of seating for gathering, dining, and taking in the tropical surroundings. A large above-ground swim spa offers a private place to unwind, while four kayaks and bicycles provide additional ways to explore the area.

Inside, the home features a king bed, queen bed, and two twin bunk beds, comfortably accommodating families and groups. After a day of adventure, settle in with the Smart TV or enjoy an evening of entertainment with the karaoke setup. A freezer is also available for guests who plan to bring home the day's catch.

With its generous dockage, convenient boating access, expansive outdoor living spaces, and exceptional amenities, Coral Tides is a premier waterfront destination for experiencing the Florida Keys in comfort and style.

There is a $150 charge/week for pool/spa heat already included in the quoted reservation total.

Booking Policies: Minimum Stay: A 7-night minimum stay is required by city regulations, with no exceptions. The city determines the maximum occupancy, and it cannot be exceeded, covering adults, children, and infants. Cancellation Policy: We maintain a strict 60-day cancellation policy. If the cancellation is made at least 60 days before the arrival date, you can cancel your reservation and receive a full refund, excluding processing and admin fees. If you cancel within 60 days of the arrival date and we are able to secure another booking for the same time by opening the calendar, you will receive a full refund, minus processing and admin fees. If we are unable to secure another rental for the specified time, the deposit will be the only amount refunded. Contract: Upon confirmation of your booking by our office, you will receive a check in form via Email/Booking Channel. Complete the form to receive further details about your stay! Payment Options: The total reservation charges include credit card processing fees by default. We are happy to accept checks with no additional fees, and in those cases, the processing fees can be removed from your total once you confirm your preferred payment method. Credit card payments are subject to the following fees: – Visa, MasterCard, and Discover incur a 3.5% processing fee (excluding taxes and deposit) – American Express incurs an additional 0.99% fee (excluding taxes and deposit)
