The apartment is located directly on the seafront promenade of Puerto Naos and is ideal for two guests who want to stay just a few steps from the ocean during their holiday on La Palma.

The volcanic beach, restaurants, cafés and bars are all within a very short walking distance. A SPAR supermarket, pharmacy and other everyday services are also nearby. Thanks to its central location, many things can easily be reached on foot, making the accommodation a great choice even if you prefer to stay without a rental car.

One of the main highlights is the spacious balcony overlooking the Atlantic. It is furnished with two sun loungers and a small dining table with two chairs. It is the perfect place for breakfast outside, reading, sunbathing or enjoying a relaxed evening with a glass of wine and sea views.

Although the accommodation is officially located on the ground floor, the balcony sits above the level of the promenade on the seafront side. This means it is not directly at pavement level and offers considerably more privacy than you might expect from a typical ground-floor apartment.

Inside, you will find an open-plan living and dining area with a sofa, television and dining table. The integrated kitchen is functionally equipped for easy self-catering and includes cooking hobs, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery and a selection of kitchen utensils.

The spacious bedroom features two beds that can either be placed together as a double bed or separated if preferred. A large built-in wardrobe provides plenty of storage space. A modern ceiling fan helps maintain comfortable air circulation.

The bedroom window faces the protected interior area of the apartment complex and can be darkened when needed. The windows and doors have been modernised and feature aluminium frames with double glazing.

The modern bathroom includes a large walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin.

For longer stays, the washing machine located in a built-in cupboard in the hallway is particularly convenient. An ironing board, iron and drying rack are also provided.
