With approximately 2,650 sq ft of living space, two living areas and two bathrooms, the villa offers plenty of room for families, couples and friends to spend time together.
Standard occupancy is up to 6 guests. Stays with up to 8 guests are available on request only and require approval before booking.
YOUR PRIVATE POOL & OUTDOOR LIVING SPACE
The private, electrically heated pool features a built-in swim-up bar with submerged seating, so you can enjoy a refreshing drink without leaving the water. The heated hot tub offers another inviting spot to relax after a day exploring Southwest Florida.
The west-facing pool area enjoys afternoon sun and sunset views across the canal. A screen enclosure surrounds the pool and terrace, while tropical palms create a relaxed Florida setting.
The partly covered lanai includes an outdoor dining area, lounge furniture, sun loungers and a Smart TV for movie nights or catching a game. A gas grill makes it easy to enjoy dinner at home.
FOUR BEDROOMS & TWO BATHROOMS
• Primary bedroom: King bed, TV, direct access to the pool area and a private en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed.
• Bedroom 3: Queen bed.
• Bedroom 4: Two twin beds.
The primary bathroom features a jetted bathtub, a separate shower with massage jets and a double vanity. The three guest bedrooms share the second bathroom.
Bed linen and towels are provided.

Spend a quiet morning by the water or relax beneath the tiki hut on the spacious private dock. The wraparound dock provides room to sit back and watch boats pass along the canal.
A boat lift is available for guest use, making the property a convenient option for guests planning to rent a boat. The canal system connects to the Caloosahatchee River and onward to the Gulf.

The villa is on a quiet residential street in southwest Cape Coral. Cape Harbour’s waterfront restaurants, bars and shops are just a short drive away, and supermarkets and other dining options are also within easy driving distance.
