The property consists of two separate buildings set in a large garden. The first building has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, and a small kitchen. The second building consists of one bedroom with a private bathroom. We've equipped all bedrooms and the common area with air conditioning.



The interior spaces are designed for comfort: you can choose to divide your time between the two buildings, maintaining a degree of independence. The outdoor kitchen, fully equipped and covered by a brick awning, is the heart of outdoor living, flanked by a barbecue grill and a terrace.



The garden's filled with palm trees, succulents and large agaves. It's a spacious area, but the agaves have sharp spines, so the property isn't suitable for small children. The house also has a water purifier and a Sodastream, so you won't have to carry heavy bottles.



You can easily explore Favignana by bike—ideally an electric one, given the hilly terrain. Cala Rossa, Cala Azzurra, Cala Rotonda and Bue Marino are the island’s most iconic spots. You can also climb up to the Fort of Santa Caterina, a scenic viewpoint overlooking the archipelago. Local trattorias and restaurants serve fresh seafood and high-quality meat.
