Villa Orto is a splendid stone hamlet made up of 4 units (600m2 in total) accommodating 16 people in 8 double rooms each with en suite bathroom and guest toilet. Recently restored with great taste in total respect of tradition, the stone hamlet is furnished with fine furniture and is equipped with air conditioning throughout the house, Wi-Fi internet connection, satellite TV and mosquito nets in every bedroom. The outdoor space equipped with tables, chairs, and a portable barbecue for outdoor dining is very beautiful, as is the private, fenced pool, which allows you to enjoy the relaxing landscape that surrounds it. Fully fenced garden and parking on the property.

Exteriors and Pool
The stone hamlet is characterised by a large (2,200 m2), beautiful, well kept and completely garden in which the rectangular swimming pool measuring 12x4 with a maximum depth of 1.40 metres is located, whose fence prevents access to small children. Very nice and very well cared for the outdoor area equipped for lunches and dinners. Interiors
The ground floor consists of a large living room with dining room and direct access to the garden, large, very well equipped kitchen, 1 double room with en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower, 1 service bathroom. The first floor consists of 3 double rooms each with en suite bathroom with shower, 4 double rooms each with en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower. All rooms are equipped with satellite TV and mosquito nets. All bathrooms are provided with a hairdryer and free toiletries. Each unit has a laundry room (washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board). In all double rooms beds can be divided.

Position
Villa l'Orto is located in the center of the famous Vignamaggio Winery. The beautiful stone village is located in a flat position with splendid views of the surrounding countryside, just 2.5 km from the beautiful Villa di Vignamaggio, once house of the Gherardini family, now a renowned wine-growing centre of Chianti Classico, just 4 km from Greve in Chianti. The small river “the Greve” passes near the village.

Villa l'Orto is equipped with Wi-Fi internet, air conditioning, central heating, mosquito nets in the bedrooms, satellite TV, a safe, a baby bed and a high chair.

Services
Included in the price: cleaning service 3 hours a day, supply of bed linen, bathroom and kitchen with midweek change, pool towels, wi fi internet connection, consumption of water, gas, electricity, heating and air conditioning. Breakfast is included in the price for reservations which lasts less than a week. Possibility to have breakfast also for weekly stays upon payment, to be requested at the time of booking. On request: possibility to organize cooking classes, cook, babysitter and extra hours of domestic help. Bicycles available against payment.

Important information
The pool is open from 01/04 to 31/10. Breakfast included in the price for reservations which last less than a week.
Activities and Distances
We are in the heart of Chianti, a few kilometers from Greve in Chianti, with all kinds of shops and the weekly market in the square. All the other towns, Panzano in Chianti, Castellina in Chianti, Gaiole in Chianti and Radda are easily accessible by car. Florence is about 30 minutes away, Siena can be reached by taking the Via Chiantigiana which offers splendid views of the vineyards for which Chianti is famous. San Gimignano is also quickly accessible. There are many wineries on the farms where you can taste the best wines of Tuscany.
