The house Dominic A is located right by the ski slopes of the Stafelwald ski lift and offers a great ski-in, ski-out option in winter with good snow conditions. It is also just a short walk to the village street with various restaurants.
The modern, renovated apartment on the 1st floor features 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large double bed (180cm). The other bedrooms have 2 single beds, or 1 bunk bed. Each bedroom includes a built-in wardrobe for ample storage space and there is also a desk, ideal for a home office. The 2 bathrooms are spacious and modern, one with a shower/WC and the other with a bathtub/WC.
In the living room, there is a comfortable sofa and the living area is slightly separated from the wonderful, open kitchen with a dining area in front of the kitchen. From the kitchen & living room, there is access to the south-facing balcony with plenty of sun and a great view.
In the Dominic house, there is also a shared wellness area with a sauna & whirlpool (for a fee). There is also a communal ski room and a laundry room in the building.
