Inside, crisp white interiors, timber-lined ceilings, natural textures and rattan accents create an effortless coastal feel. The main living room is warm and welcoming, with a generous lounge, large-screen TV, ceiling fan and split-system heating and cooling. During the cooler months, the open gas fireplace becomes the heart of the home — ideal for cosy evenings after a day exploring the Peninsula.



The adjoining open plan dining and kitchen area is made for gathering. A large dining table provides plenty of space for long breakfasts and relaxed dinners, while the well-equipped kitchen features generous stone benchtops, a large freestanding gas cook top plus multiple ovens, dishwasher, microwave/airfryer, barista style coffee machine and ample storage.

Accommodation is spread across beautifully styled levels, each continuing the home's relaxed coastal aesthetic with warm natural tones, stylish furnishings and plenty of light.

Alongside the inviting queen bedroom and master, is a twin bedroom with two king single beds, while younger guests have their own dedicated ‘bunk house’ room featuring two sets of triple king single bunk beds — making the home particularly well suited to extended families or two families holidaying together.

Three beautifully presented bathrooms add further convenience. A master ensuite, a family bathroom with a full-size bath and separate shower, while the third downstairs features contemporary finishes, a walk-in shower and stylish timber vanity.



A light-filled upstairs landing and expansive wrap-around covered balcony add to the sense of space, with the balcony providing a quiet spot to sit back with your morning coffee or enjoy the afternoon air.

Two living spaces – room for everyone

A second downstairs living area gives guests even more flexibility.

With its own comfortable living room, widescreen TV, games and kitchenette-style facilities, it's a great retreat for children and teenagers while the adults enjoy the upstairs main living area. For families sharing the property, having separate spaces to relax is a real advantage.
