Property & Accessibility:
•The path to the home from the parking pad includes two flights of stairs and a gravel walkway, which may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Please wear appropriate footwear.
•For your peace of mind, the home is equipped with a security system and outdoor cameras at the entrances.

Parking & Vehicles:
•There is a parking pad on the property for 2 vehicles to park. Parking on the street at any time from the Late Fall to Spring when snow is on the ground is strictly prohibited and may result in a fine.

•This property does NOT allow pets and does NOT allow smoking. Any violations of either will result in a $250/day charge.

Booking & Cancellation:
•This property has a strict cancellation policy. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip from unforeseen circumstances like weather, fire, or pandemics.

•We only provide refunds if we must close the property due to unexpected issues on our end.
