• **Registered guests only.** The home accommodates a maximum of six overnight guests. Please obtain approval before inviting visitors.

• **No smoking or vaping indoors.** Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

• **Please care for the home.** Report any damage or maintenance issues promptly so we can help. Avoid moving furniture and leave the home reasonably tidy.

• **Before heading out,** switch off the air conditioning and lights, close windows and lock the doors.
