Summary:

Experience beach living at its best with this dog friendly beach house. Beach essentials provided including beach towels and 6 beach chairs. Just 3 blocks back from beach access makes for easy walk to beach for a day in the waves. Outdoor shower makes transition from beach to beach house a breeze. Pet friendly fully fenced back yard, please note fence height is lower and not suitable for dogs that would jump the fence.



The Space:

Open living room, kitchen and dining room makes for easy gathering of friends and family. Spacious layout for all to enjoy. Fully stocked kitchen makes home cooked meals a breeze. Outdoor grill available for guest use. Linens provided for all beds, including bath towels and beach towels for all guests.



Where you'll sleep:

* Primary Bedroom - King bed with ensuite bathroom and private deck.

* Bedroom Two - two twin bunk beds, built in bunks and fun for all ages.

* Bedroom Three - Queen Bedroom

*Bedroom Four - First Floor Queen Bed with extra living space/sofa



Must be 25 years of age to reserve, complete rental vacation agreement and upload a picture of a valid ID.



A pet fee of $200/pet will apply with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed. Failure to notify Seahaven Properties of pets associated with the reservation will result in a $350 fine and possible eviction.



Guest Access:

Parking in carport for 4 cars depending on size.

Quiet residential neighborhood, 3 blocks to the beach.
