Welcome to this newly renovated two bedroom house on Hagley Road, B68, a spacious and comfortable base for contractors, work teams, families and groups visiting Birmingham and the West Midlands. You will have the entire house to yourselves, with free private parking and a garden at the rear.
Bedrooms and sleeping arrangements
Both bedrooms are upstairs and each has two single beds, so four guests get a bed of their own without sharing. That suits colleagues, work crews and friends travelling together. The sofa bed in the second living room takes the total to six guests.
Two living rooms
The house has two separate living rooms downstairs, each with a Smart TV. One works as the main lounge for relaxing together. The other has a sofa bed and can be a quiet second lounge, a TV room or an extra sleeping area. For groups and longer stays this means real space to unwind after a long day.
Two bathrooms
Downstairs there is a full bathroom with a combined bath and shower. Upstairs there is a newly renovated shower room with a modern finish. With two bathrooms the mornings run smoothly, even with a full house.

A refundable security deposit is held on your card and released on the day of check-out after inspection. Pets are welcome with a pet fee, please let us know in advance. No parties or events, and quiet hours apply from 22:00 to 09:00.
This is a residential property and guests are expected to respect neighbours at all times.
No parties, events or smoking are allowed in the apartment.
The property is monitored by Minut noise monitoring technology to ensure a quiet environment.
Only the number of guests stated on the booking are permitted to stay.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Significant breaches of house rules may result in termination of the booking and additional charges.
Pets are only permitted with prior notification and approval.
Any animal must be declared in advance so that the building management can be notified, which is a requirement for this residential property.
An additional cleaning fee of £40 applies to all stays with pets.
Failure to declare a pet in advance may result in additional charges and/or a breach of house rules.

🚗 Parking
You have two options, both free and with no restrictions.
Option 1: park on the street
You can park on Hagley Road West, right outside the property.
Option 2: park at the rear (one car only)
Please collect the key from the lockbox first, as you will not be able to enter the house from the rear.
How to get there: we strongly recommend this route.
1) Drive to the corner of Frederick Road and Gateley Road.
2) Turn onto Gateley Road.
3) Turn into the residents' area and continue to the black gate.

Please avoid coming from Hagley Road West (A456) up Gateley Road. The junction and the left turn there can be difficult.
The track from Gateley Road to the gate is not tarmacked and can be bumpy, so please drive slowly.
