This quaint 2-bedroom, 1-bath home sleeps 6 and features stunning river views, large decks, a screened porch with a swing bed and boat dock perfect for fishing, boating, or relaxing.
Ideal for summer adventures or winter escapes with milder weather and peaceful vibes!
Please note from Sept 5 until April 15 the water levels are lowered by TVA for flood control. There will not be much water around the dock during the winter months (Late November through Mid-March). There is still enough water in the area for kayaking, but boats can’t use the dock. In the summer months there is 3 to 5 feet of water at the dock, perfect for tying up your own boat if you like.

• Living Area/Kitchen: Open and inviting, a comfortable sofa and a 40” HDTV with Roku for streaming your favorites. Fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and basic cookware/dishes.
• Bedrooms: Upstairs is two cozy bedrooms featuring comfortable queen beds and downstairs is a twin bunkbed.
• Bathroom: Upstairs is one full bath with a tub/shower

• Three spacious decks ideal for lounging and soaking in the gorgeous river views.
• Screened-in porch – perfect for bug-free dining or evening relaxation.
• Boat dock right on the water, great for fishing, tying up your boat, or simply sipping a drink while watching wildlife and sunsets.
The entire home is yours to enjoy, with self-check-in and all the essentials for a relaxing, hassle-free getaway. Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. We provide toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels. We do not provide soap or shampoo as this is a personal preference. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to act ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
The house is on the water, which means there's a better than even chance you'll see bugs. Spiders, mayflies, mosquitoes, etc.
Please use caution as the property is on the riverbank with some steep areas. Also it is around 30 steps down to the dock.

Local Area
Wheeler Lake provides great bass and crappie fishing and is considered one of the best catfishing areas in the country. There is an abundance of wildlife, from deer to bald eagles.
The house is conveniently located one mile from the Sportsman Park convenience store. Our neighborhood has a small gravel boat ramp perfect for kayaks/canoes or other small boats. A TVA boat launch is located next to Sportsman’s Park for public launching of anything bigger. Athens and Rogersville are both located 13 miles from the property and provide shopping and entertainment.
