🔹 Damage Waiver (optional): one small, non-refundable fee, charged once, that takes care of minor accidental damage during your stay.

💵 Refundable Security Deposit: prefer the deposit instead? It may be held for your stay and is returned in full after check-out if everything is in order (usually within 2–14 days, depending on your bank or card issuer).



🧺 Arrival Essentials

To get you started, we leave a dish sponge, a sealed pack of dishwasher pods, a bottle of dish soap, 2 rolls of paper towels, a sealed box of 10 trash bags and a bottle of liquid laundry detergent — plus mini soap, shampoo/conditioner and 2 toilet paper rolls in every bathroom. Washcloths are available on request (one per guest). For longer visits, a quick grocery run is a good idea.

🏠 House Guidelines

🚭 Smoke-free inside — a $2,500 fee plus odor treatment applies

🎉 No parties or events — $150 fine, and the stay may be ended without refund

🗑️ Bag all trash properly — otherwise a $150 cleaning fee

🧳 Leaving after 10:00 AM needs our OK in advance — $150 fee otherwise
