The view from the balcony is amazing. Perfect place for meals and reading.
I chose this location because I thought we would be able to take the bus to Old Town. The first night we took an Uber €10-€12 each way. The second day we decided to take the bus. The schedule is difficult to figure out and we waited over an hour for the bus. Getting from Old Town to the apartment was more straightforward. The apartment is at the top of a very steep hill. Not a problem for us but would be for a lot of people.

Uncomfortable bed

Parking next door. Close to ferry terminal.
Smallish apartment. Equipment OK but not up to a high standard. Apartment at the end of an extremely steep and tight road of a few hundred metres, not walkable. You would expect a great view from the terrace but all you see are blocks of flats and other apartment buildings. Noise of construction work from 8AM even in high season. There are much better areas and apartments in Dubrovnik for the price.
