The roof terrace & hot tub was the reason we booked it & would why we would book again. Owner David & on site rep Rafael very responsive & helpful.

A few points of feedback: Hot tub was temperamental not always heating but Rafael helped out & we did get discount from our stay. Control box is old & needs replacing. Electricity went off a few times for no apparent reason. Fuseboard is old & wiring all open so suggest making safer by upgrading. Would be condemned in UK. Overall flat was as expected but a couple bits could do with TLC. Shower curtains in bathrooms could do with changing to screens as in our opinion not very hygienic. Showers were good otherwise. Outside steps to flat do not look like they ever get swept. Out of owners control but we had building work in flat below every day.

Nothing to be liked at all.

Perfectly clean. All facility’s needed. Roof top was awesome.
