Nice room, breakfast was very good. Can't beat the location for visiting places in Old Montreal.

I had called the property two months before my visit and was told a shuttle was available to the airport. They don't have a shuttle and we had to find our own way to the airport. In the "kitchenette" there was one large laddle spoon, two wine glasses and one sillet.

Excellent location. Spacious.

The buffet breakfast was just so-so. Not bad but not particularly good either. A positive note is that you could have a made-to-order omelet. BUT I saw a mouse in the breakfast area on two occasions! I passed this information to the woman who seemed to be in charge of the breakfast room and she didn't seem very concerned about that news. It appeared to come as no surprise to her. It certainly didn't give me much confidence in the cleanliness of the kitchen. Also on the positive side, we had a very good interaction with one of the concierge staff who was very helpful in giving directions.

The manager's reception was very popular but severely understaffed each of the three evenings we attended. Dirty dishes remained on tables for 30 minutes or more. I noticed that some staff appeared to be working very hard while others spent most of their time watching the large TV screens. Our room was very comfortable and clean. But we were on the third floor facing St. Antoine and there was a fair amount of street noise overnight, so light sleepers should be aware of that. Also, I wonder what the point is of having a kitchen area when there are NO dishes or cutlery provided.
