I found the bed very comfortable, and the diner-style complimentary hot breakfast was much appreciated. Location is convenient for access to stores and restaurants. Reasonable rates compared to surrounding motels.
Almost everything in the room is quite dated, especially regarding the bathroom (taps, toilet, tub, etc.) No bar on the bathroom wall to hang a hand towel or facecloth. Noisy air conditioner. Poor TV channel selection. Water had a dingy taste to it. Strange odour in the room we noticed as soon as we stepped in.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. We didn’t check in until after 11pm and were happy they were open.
It is run down. Very old and musky. At first we were on the bottom floor and found our room had a mildew smell and vibe. There were a dozen or so little black flies in one sink, stains on the floor, and we found a dead beetle under one of the pillows. We did change rooms and the second room was much better and on the second floor. There was no elevator, so that was unfortunate.
