Loved the location, the rooms were quiet and private. Comfortable beds and adequate for the price. We enjoyed our stay and found everything good for a motel in a good location.
Only one out of three lamps in our room worked. I would suggest moving to a streaming service rather than the outdated cable package as it was pretty meh. No fridge or microwave in room but we didnt mind.

The location is perfect. We stayed at this property before and we had a good experience. It's close to everything, restaurants and Clifton Hill. Friendly staff. They were very accommodating with the check out time and my request for a room facing the city. We were able to see some of the fireworks.
The property needs an upgrade, the washroom shower was cold and had to run for awhile before it got hot and it needs new shower curtains. They Definitely Need to handle guests that are intoxicated more appropriately. The parking fee . Also the stairs were too much for me this trip. I stayed here on 3 separate occasions but unfortunately I don't think I will again.
