ספה לא נוחה

アメリカ滝は目の前で遮る物も無く、素晴らしいロケーションでした。カナダ滝は、大きな木が間に１本あり、全容は見れませんが、それでも滝の大きさは感じれました。 ホテルのゲームセンターのフロアから、ハードロックカフェあたりまで室内移動が出来ます。寒い日や雨の日は良かったです。 立地的にも、クルーズ船やジップラインなどのアクティビティの入口に近い為、便利でした。バスターミナルからタクシーで、7〜10分くらいで、近いです。

Location can’t be better. Highly recommend getting the Fallsview rooms, the best view of both the falls.

Very scarce employee number. During our stay we only saw one employee at the entry/registration desk. No security, floor workers, etc around. No active bar at the hotel, lobby bar was closed during our stay.

Elevators!!

The room and the view were beautiful, it was such a great stay. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and the housekeeping staff were lovely and very accommodating.

The only small thing that was a little annoying was that there was always a wait at the lifts. There was a couple out of service I think, which was evident with it being such a busy few days, as we had to wait for a lift down for 10 mins at some points.

Room was clean, shower was nice.

The trek from the hotel to parking is insane especially considering that they advertise it as “on site”. The price was also not readily advertised during booking or on the website. Same with the Juliet balcony, I had no idea that was not at all a balcony. Some staff was fine, although they could not accommodate us when I separately booked the night before. We had to pack up, leave, and come back at 4 for check in. One staff member was extremely rude both times we encountered him. We had simple requests and approached him separately, so he’s likely rude to most guests. The concierge tried, but she couldn’t understand our English and we couldn’t understand her French/English. The elevators are ridiculous, you need more of them. Also, to not highlight the stairs is a disservice to those of us who wanted to take them instead. We had to ask the front desk and then a valet. It was the most convoluted hotel stay I’ve ever had. The only good thing was all the exercise I was forced to get.

The breakfast was great. Food was fresh and delicious. The view and location was amazing. We could see over the falls and surrounding areas.

When we first checked in we noticed the room was extremely small and not much area to walk around. We also had our kids so we needed more space. There was a baby with a playpen and a 4 and 8 yrs old.

The room was beautiful and the view stunning. The staff was incredibly helpful even though they were really packed for eclipse weekend.

The lobby area was chaotic and the elevators to the parking garage took forever.

Das Zimmer hatte einen tollen Ausblick auf die beiden Niagara Fälle, was vor allem Nachts ein besonderes Erlebnis darstellte. Es war sehr sauber und wirkte auch gepflegt. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte geräuscharm aber effizient. Sehr freundliches Personal vom Parkservice bis hin zur Rezeption waren alle sehr aufmerksam und Dienstbeflissen.

Frühstückoptionen für so ein Haus ist einfach unwürdig! Starbucks im Haus schlicht keine Alternative und saumässig teuer. Für zwei Frühstücks-Pseudoburger und zwei Cappuccino 50 Dollar, hey sind wir in der Schweiz? Nehmt Euch ein Beispiel an der "Best Western Kette"!

Car parking is in a common lot. Very far away from hotel. The drop area is always full of tourist vehicles.

The best location, clean and comfortable room, jacuzzi, amazing view from the balcony, attached to amenities and attractions.

I have no complaints about the property itself. Everything around is so painfully expensive, even the snacks in the lobby.

Elevator take ages to take you up and down, pool is definitely to small, and the fact that we reserve a room with jacuzzi and when we got to the hotel they just told us the room wasn't available, and they had no idea when the room would be ready, so they changed us to a room without jacuzzi, but same price, not great

The views were absolutely amazing! Mesmerizing to sit and enjoy the falls and city from two angels in the corner suite.

The bathroom was beautiful - and could have been the star of the show; but, for nearly flooding due to lack of maintenance. My husband had to pull the drain screen while I waited soaking wet and soapy in the chilly air. He pulled a hair clog almost a foot long from the shower drain. We saved the sitting room from flooding and most likely prevented damage from below. Simple maintenance ignored. Housekeeping also never complete. No surfaces wiped. Only fresh towels and a remade bed.

Good amenities.

Extremely expensive besides for the initial fee. Housekeeping manager was extremely rude. Elevators take forever to come (like 7-10 minutes for an elevator).

Bed comfy for me, not spouse. Room size fine.

Bathrooms can be updated better for the price. View was not the "city view" we expected. Friends had a similar room but they had a fireplace (we did not). Too much traffic for hotel guests on main level.

Enjoyed the room, the view, holiday festive decorations, the peace we could enjoy while in the room. Having breakfast room service delivered one morning. location easy to get to other interests while visiting

the Fireplace didn't work in the room would have liked the ambiance the Fallsview Restaurant experience New Years Eve as below expectations, so what we paid feels bad. Staff clearly overwhelmed, seating was terrible experience, late even with reservations, asked twice, a couple came in with no reservations through OpenTable - a host happily seated them any way ahead of us! we were made to wait were they thought our table was...had to get out of others way carrying their plates...awkward, uncomfortable, we wanted to leave. Husband lost his appetite. Barely had any selections from the buffet -- had we not have ordered a cocktail -- we would have left.

La machine à café très cheap pour une chambre aussi cher je m'attendais à un équipement plus moderne et approprié. La fenêtre était mal isolée. Et il fallait attendre très longtemps pour un ascenseur. Nous avons du descendre par les escaliers le jour du départ. Rapport qualité/ prix pas bon.

They charged $100 for no reason and said we were staying for four adults. The hotel valet parking is said to be $60 per day, but in fact, there is a decking fee, which adds up to more than $80 per day just for parking.

Didn’t like anything, the stay was very disappointing a $100 motel would have been better, the quality of everything was bad. Would never recommend to anyone. Only thing good was the BreakFast on 13th floor.

From Starting the service was very very Bad, the parking attendant said do-not bring the Car inside to take out luggage unless I take Valet service of $60 from them if not then drop family on main Road and Take my stuff out of Car on Main Rd. Then the Room which we were given on 15th floor was very bad with Glass Broken of Juliet Balcony and the door handle wasn’t working and door wasn’t opening I asked guest services to come take a look and change my room, nobody came and they stopped picking up my calls. The quality of Room was very bad & low same as $100 motel room type, when we paid $500 for one night. The fridge was turned off and dirty and empty with food spilled stains inside I have pictures of everything. No complimentary toiletries, even washroom had sign if someone wants to take anything $20 will be charged to their account. The room price right after our booking was taken of whole amount upfront minus $20 which were taken once we checked in. Overall it was pathetic stay with lowest quality of everything and we have experience we stay in plenty of hotels even in dubai which are $300 with 1000 times better quality and service. It seemed this hotel is charging very high and cutting quality on everything to save money and make millions off of people. The bed design and workmanship was of the lowest quality chipboard very lowest quality felt very bad and disappointed only breakfast was good I would say to anyone stay somewhere else and buy Breakfast here.
