Before checking in, I requested that the room be very clean and that we have a kettle because we have a newborn. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were pleased to find a very clean room in a newly renovated building. The hotel is highly recommended for its good location and budget-friendly rates.

Room was very modern , clean and led lighting under bed and air purifier where a bonus. Bed was incredibly comfortable, tv wasn't crappy cable and we were able to use Netflix , You Tube ECT. Price and location where great and even tried the pizza place attached in the building which was above expectations. We our Niagara Falls locals have been to dozens of hotels in the city and this is our new fav hidden gem.

Very friendly staff. Free parking. Clean.

No bathroom fan. No alarm clock. No microwave. No coffee maker.

It's a very nice place considering what you pay for the room, it's clean and the beds are really comfy.

May I suggest the possibility of having a microwave in the room? It could be a convenient addition to the amenities provided.

I hated everything about this properly

There was absolutely no amenities, one toilet paper role, 2 garbage bags, no microwave or kettle when it said in the booking it was going to be there, no ice machine and had to wait 40 minutes for moldy ice only when you asked, one plastic cup, 2 towels, and a LIST of charges if anything was SOILED the floors and bathroom were absolutely disgusting and they gave a sheet for a blanket with hair still left on it from the previous stays. I paid almost 340 dollars for this place because when I went to check out they charged me $80 extra because they said I never booked for the right amount of people yet on my manage booking account it showed exactly what I booked for the correct amount of people. The receptionist lied to the owner saying I slammed the door on her face and walked off while she was talking as well. this people are scammers, I love Niagara Falls, and my family and I come here so often and this place is completely horrible

Mamma's Inn was perfect for our family trip and fit our budget nicely. Mr. Philip's assistance with our luggage before and after our stay was much appreciated. The hotel's cleanliness and the convenience of having a bus stop right across the street made our stay even better. We'd recommend it for families on a budget.

The hotel didn't have central AC but separate air coolers.

The property and easy walk down to Clifton Street where all the action is.

We were on the second floor by the street, so it was very loud at times. It said the rooms are soundproof, but I’m guessing they must be use newspaper. And on our second night starting at 3am until seven people were yelling and swearing up and down the halls so didn’t get any sleep that night.  the room is kind of dirty, the bathroom is a little dirty with empty bottles from the previous guest in the shower.  And some of the lights did not work.
