Brilliant location close to centre, had a great stay, staff were great very friendly and helpful
Room was clean.
Nothing major but Rooms were a bit outdated but very clean, No air conditioning could be very hot in the summer we had to sleep with patio door open in Oct. Note says windows can’t be open from Nov to April so if you like fresh air may be a problem. Wi-Fi very intermittent unable to watch tv or use phone properly. Could do with better lighting.

Clean, comfortable, lovely staff. Shower was ok (too small for my 6ft 4 husband). Our room had a lovely view of the river. Blackout blinds were a godsend. Parking at the hotel next door.
Far too expensive for a 2 star hotel but that’s just Banff, which is a shame.

Extremely convenient to walk right out to them ow River Trail. Easy walk to shops and restaurants.
The property is outdated and rooms need an overhaul. Parking garage was an inconvenience. There was a lot of noise during to construction across the street on a new apartment building.
