Clean and fairly quiet

It’s busy so parking was challenging sometimes

The location was great. Not that far from lots of amenities and wineries. Did not have breakfast at the hotel. The pool was nice and warm. Checking in and out was very fast.

Can’t think of anything I disliked.

The hotel was comfortable with good facilities. The adjoining restaurant, Turtle Jack's, was excellent for dinner. We did not have breakfast.

On our second day we left the room at 9.15 am and returned at 4.15 pm to find it had not been cleaned. Housekeeping knocked at just before 5 pm to clean which is far too late in the day.

Access

Adjoining room was given to us as the booking room. Discovered that the adjoining rooms internal door on our side of the room did not have a proper working door lock on it. Only the sliding bracket that prevents entry between the adjoining rooms was there for security. Front staff was made aware that the door tumbler’s lock needed adjustment for proper security but was told that there was nothing they could do. Needless to say, the maintenance department wasn’t notified so we stayed in a room with limited security between the rooms.. my suggestion…. Stay away from adjoining rooms if room security is a high priority for your family
