Rosedale on Robson Suite Hotel

Location, location, location!

Dated building, slow elevators.

The location was good and convenient. The rooms were very comfortable and well stocked.

The only suggestion I have is to automatically include a continental breakfast even if it means you scale it back a bit.

Location

They need to improve in the room they are to many things to old.

Large, quiet, comfortable suite. Relatively good location in a safe area. Quick check-in. Pleasant staff.

I normally don't give low ratings on hotel Facilities but there were lots of issues/annoyances: Garage not secured, making the hotel post "Park at your own risks" signs; garage stalls are way too narrow, making lots of stalls empty as cars cannot park too close to each other; many heavy fire-proof doors to cross everywhere; lots of waits for elevators; some elevators do not go to the garage; strange double doors to our suite; our suite door lock motor broke down, requiring repairs; multiple lightbulbs were out.
