The Prince George Hotel

Great location especially to citadel hill, the many restaurants and bars. Staff were helpful. Cabs were always out front . Used only because it was pouring rain. Other times weather was good so easy walking down to all attractions but a straight uphill hike back to hotel. Beds were comfy and really nice shower great water pressure. The pool area was clean and fresh towels. Nice hot-tub and sauna. We used them everyday (twice a day) while we were there.

Hard to get a cab back up to hotel without having a phone number so before you leave hotel get one from front desk. The hotel was great so nothing to really complain about. Only thing was had to switch elevators to go to parking garage and we couldn't use restaurant in the afternoon evening because they were closed for a private event. The evening was pouring rain and wish we could have stayed in to eat at nice restaurant after long day of travel. Nothing bad really to say. Was a great hotel

Staff initially tried to put us in a down graded room. It took me three separate discussions to prove I had an Executive Suite booked and they initially gave us a standard room. They denied I booked a suite and blamed it on my Third Party booking thru Booking.Com. They claimed third party companies use photos or rooms that are typically upgrades. Second discussion they said they had no suites left. Third discussion they finally gave us an Executive Suite and said it was a Free Upgrade. For a mere $750.00 per night. I will be hesitant to use third party Hotel booking services in the future.

location good. Who is Prince George - there have been several and why don't you capitaliseon itif there is some kind of history connection?? I live neara newluxury condo called The RoyalBayview - nothings royalaboutit but maybe attracts a certain kind ofbuyer/clientele PG good mainly because of Gio.

bed too high - howis a normal height person expected to getin- needed aladder! Also, toilet too low.Should have got accessibility room but did not know to ask
