Location was good

It was dirty. The room only gets serviced every 3 days. Bed sheets were dirty, and room was dusty.

Upgraded room. Pool. Breakfast was actually really good compared to other places we’ve stay.

It was okay, the usually best western stay other then the pool

The pool was gross, had a brown film on the side and the bottom of the hot tub was a bit slimy.

We had a queen suit and it was nice and spacious for the 4 of us The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean.

There were 3 light bulbs burned out in the living area so we couldn't see very well in that area,. Maintenance eventually showed up the next day and quickly solved the problem. I'm just surprised that this wasn't noticed by the cleaning staff earlier. Also, the breakfast was ok but could have been better with some fresh fruit and more interesting pastries.

Great breakfast , comfy, clean rooms. Friendly staff. Soup & hot chocolate for supper was amazing! Friendly & knowledgeable staff

Hot tub was not as hot as a hot tub should be & was closed down 1/2 days that we were there. Pool is rusted & out dated

Awesome place

The room was spacious and clean. We had requested a main floor and it was perfect - close to the work out room which was also clean and well equipped, and close to the pool.
