Toronto Don Valley Hotel and Suites

Overall a nice property, staff were super friendly and kind and open to help me with any requests. They made the stay most welcoming and overall enjoyable. Also the view was really nice!

At first glance the room was nice, but when I got to the bathroom I found a towel was dirty and there was lots of hair in the bathtub. I also had trouble trying to use the room phone, didn’t seem to work properly but it wasn’t essential. Main concern was just the sanitary. Also, might be worth fixing your elevators? 1 wasn’t working, and 1 of the 2 that were sound like it’s on its last legs (the single door one, not the double door). Kept making loud bangs and genuinely looked like it was struggling to function.

The AC actually really is shit, just like the reviews I read before I went last week lol. But, I did read them, and still went. But, when you read it, it’s true. But the rest of the hotel made up for it

We loved the king size deluxe room!! The maid service and hospitality the food , the. Indoor outdoor pool!! Also all ready rebooked for the Thanksgiving weekend as the location is centre to both destinations for dinners!!!

Aging rooms. Switches not working on lights. Fan not working in bathroom, poor restaurant, no room service. Unpleasant perfumed aroma on entry. Not sure if it was last guest or product to clean bath. But it was quite overwhelming.
