Clean and big room, good staff

breakfast was not on the level of the hotel, coffee is far Parking is too expensive

Pretty views, close to restaurants, shopping.

Self-park has very few spots. No EV parking.

The apartment was clean and spacious. Courteous desk staff. Great location and vies from our balcony

The location of the hotel is the best feature - central to Coconut Grove and the water.

The hotel rooms are old, the kitchens and appliances are extremely old and need to be replaced. They've renovated the lobby so that it looks good but most of the rest of the hotel is old and dated. There's nowhere to get a cup of hot water in the hotel and it was a mission just to get hot water to make a tea every morning. Certain members of the staff at the front desk are unreliable and don't have good customer service. One front staff member told me she'd provide a certain type of room and put a "special note" in their system. Then later when I came to check in, another staff member said that type of room doesn't exist. ??? Another staff member said she'd call me and let me know my room number. They never called. Overall, the only reason to go to this hotel is for the location. Otherwise, they have a lot to improve!
