The floor was dirty not washed, the big square hole in the desk , the seal needs replacing on the bathroom tap, the door swings towards the toilet and bathtub so you can’t move, it should be a hidden inside slider door instead, daylight coming through the bottom of the entrance door, the door hanger for outside doesn’t say maid makeup room in morning on the other side both sides says do not disturb ?,

I have stayed at this motel several times & made several suggestions in these reviews. This time was spectacular! When we arrived, paperwork was printed & waiting for signatures. When we entered the room, the air conditioner had been running so room already was comfortable, TV already was turned on so no hassles with figuring out how to get that service. There also was a chair & a task lamp at the desk. Lighting by the bed is excellent for reading, sewing or needlework.

Sadly, the task lamp had a malfunction-it only flicked on for a few seconds at regular intervals. Switching plug in outlets did not resolve the problem.

Wasn't pleased with the smell. Unable to watch TV, they said because of the weather. Meanwhile, other people staying there had no problem with theirs. Brought it up, no help what so ever or even a discount

I made an error in the date when I booked the room (same day booking). The front desk staff sorted it out with booking.com for me. Thanks so much!

Very basic furnishings

Charged for days I didn’t stay. They kept trying to keep my damage deposit had to call several times , got it back after a month.

Nothing but you get what you pay for

We couldn’t see our vehicle parked in the back to the entrance of our room which had furniture on it. I suppose we could have parked on the opposite side of hotel and walked around the building to get to it but it would have been visable to us there.

Room was somewhat upgraded, decent sized.

Beds are hard, took far too long to get my damage deposit back after asking several times. Sent my laundry in because they said they would do it, got it back 2 days later still dirty. Truck got spray painted in parking lot first night there.

had to ask for a chair to sit at the desk. as with most motels, lighting is inadequate to work or read. Also typical of most motels in this price range, eating on the bed is far too common & uncomfortable.

The staff was very accommodating in letting me do a late check out as I had a to take a meeting. Thank you so much! That was very helpful.

Most of the amenities are well worn but functional. Good value actually.

The room was decent, nothing extravagant.

This is basic, budget motel. I have stayed here several times at a last minute rate of 60-65 on Booking.com for a two bed room. The last time, only a king bed was available at 7:30p.m. on a Wednesday evening. Booking.com had a room advertised for $61 two bed queen. I was told that was not available and they refused to match the price for the king room despite being a repeat patron. I was offered the room at $119( overpriced for the basic quality of this motel). Interestingly, all the advertised rooms on booking .com vanished once I left the lobby. The perceived arrogance of the staff member, the price and disappearance of advertised rooms led me to think the motel staff may have been operating nefariously. It's unfortunate this happened, I likely won't return based on principle,although previously satisfied . Never felt safe parking my vehicle on the backside of this building. Questionable citizens lurking about the nearby sidewalks and vegetation. I found a motel nearby that was more friendly and accommodating to my needs.
