The staff is excellent with everyone doing their best especially on a very busy long weekend. Plenty of parking and quick check-in. Good location with lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

Very tiny breakfast room and most people standing to eat their breakfast at 9.30 am. I walked out of the queue for breakfast after I saw the lady in the pantry removing the frozen scrambled eggs and mixing it wither her bare hands without any gloves. The room had a stench when entering, some kind of a chemical or gas. No microwave in the room, a common microwave is good but most people do not clean it after use. A box of napkins will encourage other guests to clean it after use.

The location was good, the room was nice and the breakfast was exceptional.

The reception host was not hospitable at all, he treated me like I was inconveniencing him. There was a dog in the room next to us that was barking all night, and reception did nothing about it, they said the people paid a premium to have their dog there - so I guess unless you pay a premium you don't get to sleep. When I checked out the reception charged me for 2 nights I told her I was only there for 1 night, Room #228, she argued with me claiming I was wrong and would not listen to me at all, she said I would have to take it up with the booking company. When I got home I discovered she gave me a bill for Room #238, that lady E. B. stayed for 2 nights.

The breakfast was fine. The bed was okay. The staff were polite when meeting them.

Could have been dusted a little better. There was no controls on the air condition in the room.

I'm mobility challenged and use a walker - which makes it difficult to also manage a suitcase. I'm was impressed that staff jumped to help me open doors, move the suitcase and even carried it to my room. The room itself was beyond all expectation, a huge one bedroom with walkin shower capacity, very comfortable bed, free wifi, good a/c, etc etc. Excellent value for the money, right off the highway, next to Swiss Chalet, around the corner from Eggsquis, and not far at all from the Boathouse restaurant on the marina. Quiet, very clean... I highly recommend and will happily stay here again the next time I'm in Belleville.

The only SLIGHT issue is that the bed was a bit high (again, someone in a wheelchair might have had trouble transferring up onto the bed and as a short, mobility challenged person, I found it a bit difficult. So many motel/hotel beds are now made with massive mattresses and box springs that are fine for someone 5'9" or taller but a challenge for someone 5.0: with spinal or other mobility challenges. Would also be good to have a disabled parking spot and more accessible 'curb' at the side entrance closest to this wonderful room designed for persons with disabilities - would be much closer than the disabled spot across from the front entrance.

I liked that I got a room at last minute.Am thankful for that.

The standards have gone too low.Room was small, just clean not impressively, no coffee maker ,we went out for the day but our bed was not made well ,they just pulled the duvet over the bed sheets not really straightened, breakfast room small ,....basically I felt their spaceces were small and standards are now lower.Did not really enjoy my " hotel" experience but thanks for hard work to all employees .You are well appreciated for all your efforts.Company though needs to upgrade the place.

Please use climatization with moderation, there is no planete B!
