Convenient location off of the highway.

Room floor was dirty. Staff has charged $100 for 2 towels, admittedly, from my deposit?!?! This is absurd for standard white not plush cotton towels and face cloth used to clean the floor in a paid for dog room. Highway robbery more like it!

Good central location, although next to a very busy highway. Owners are friendly.

TV do not work, lamp did not work, all electric plugs close to bed are missing, the ONLY working electric plug is close to the bathroom. :-) Walls around the room were dirty and visibly fixed/patched. Floor was so cold and dirty, my foot under was black :-(

The room itself was nice. It’s got free parking. Wifi. Close enough to a sky train, Walmart, gas station. Nice bed loved their sheets.

Super noisy, could hear people outside the room at 6 am and constant breaks/horns/vehicles all night. Also some sketchy people, police were there at one point. Not SUPER family friendly with the environment.

Balcony door doesn't lock and no power for anything but bathroom light. No TV, no coffee maker, no lites. For 177.24. A total rip off.

The room was big. Hot water was hot. Beds were ok. Balcony a plus. The staff were friendly enough. Heat and air con worked.

Both comforters had multiple cigarette burns, not sure why they didn't get rid of them. Asked for new ones, didn't get them until next day. 2 nights, there were shouting arguments that woke us up at 2am & 5am; was scary because it sounded like they were ready to brawl. Told front desk but my safety concerns were dismissed; I'm thinking this is a regular occurence. Suspis people outside. Balcony had no cover on our side of the building. The room was tidy but I had a feeling that it is not well sanitized and they were dust and dirt underneath the beds. Horrible lumpy pillows. Shower curtain was of the 3/4 size so didn't really cover well. Really strong room spray. Ceiling had water stains & some paint were peeling. It could a good boutique hotel if they would fixed some much needed issues. For an overnight stay maybe but not for longer.

I have stayed here many times. Always Great!
