Paradise Resort Club and Spa

Very nice place, clean and had everything we needed.

The bed was horribly uncomfortable, like sleeping on plywood.

The location of the property is really good for all local amenities and attractions with the centre of Canmore being less than 10 minutes walk away and everywhere felt safe. All of our rooms were well laid out and equiped, the kitchen was good enough for it to be your regular home and both bathrooms had good showers and baths. The apartment comes fully equiped with a washer and dryer which we put to use, although you did have to be sat in front of the washer when the cycle ended in order to be able to unlock the door. Within the complex there is a restaurant which has a really good menu with the food being extremely well presented and offered value for money. The receptionist who greeted us was exceptionally helpful and friendly and gave us enough information to enjoy our stay in Canmore. Parking in the underground facilities are easily accessed and each bay has enough space to enable you to get into and out of easily.

Whilst we were there two of the three lifts/ elevators were out of order and so the whole apartment block had to use just the one remaining, which for us was a god 3-4 minute walk around the apartments. Additionally there was some construction work being undertaken in the nearby plot and at 07:00 each morning we were woken by the sound of vehicles reversing, whilst this was outwith the control of the apartment, it did make a difference to the quiet apartment we had requested.

The pull out bed was horrible. Slept on the floor instead. Check in at 4 and out at 10, house keeping came at 6pm during dinner
