No rooms where you could smoke jets in jacuzzi tub didn't work hardly at all

The staff never showed up to provide breakfast on more then one occasion.

Staffing for breakfast and maybe provide free coffee for guests.

Body wash, shampoo conditioner was empty at check in, iron wasn’t working, phone was broken staff was rude

late night staff on 02/25/23 was rude, unaccommodating, and tried to stare me down. I made reservations for two beds and when I got there I was told there are none available and that if I don’t like this I can contact booking.com and have them relocate me. He kept saying I booked through a third party. What does that have to do with anything? Had no problem taking my money.

Restaurant was low on staff and we had trouble getting food on time, etc.
