Staff at the hotel were fantastic.

The shuttle. The lady doing the shuttle was very rude when dropping us off at the airport. Drove all over terminals 1 and 3 for the pilots and air staff. Then, when it came to dropping us off at arrivals, she said she wouldn't and abandoned us at a random spot at the airport. The airport shuttle really needs to improve.

All the staff were really polite and friendly welcoming. It was really clean and organized. Would definitely recommend here.

Excellent hotel, friendly front desk staff. Rooms are clean and smelling fresh. Hallways, elevators, lobby well kept and clean with bright lighting. I highly recommend this hotel. I have stayed here a few times and they keep up the exceptional standard of service and quality.

The hotel did not have a room for me (and some of my colleagues) even though we told them about our late arrival. Hotel staff told us first, that we arrived after 11:59pm and therefore the reservation was cancelled. When we told them that it is still before 11:59pm they came up with other excuses. They clearly just overbooked the hotel and did not have rooms anymore. One colleague and I then had to find another hotel in the area late at night. Very bad experience.

Close to the airport with free shuttle. Google Chromecast on each TV was good.

Needs an upgrade, suite was a little worn.

My daughter loved it. It was a nice sleep.

It smelt like smokes and the water park is getting a little aged. Still fun though.
