The food at the restaurant was aweful

The room was clean and organized. The location was great.
My kids slept on the sofa bed and was so uncomfortable.The pool was out of service. Lightings were dark. The hotel is old and needs to be upgraded.

The front desk clerk was very good.
The room was a disaster! The bed covering was tattered and had threads sticking out. The overall appearance of the room was cheap and in repair. We immediately checked out of the hotel. The carpet in the lobby was worn out and dirty. Best Western Airport needs to better for its customers.

Breakfast was good and the location worked for what we needed.
Temperature of the pool was a bit cold and the jets for the hot tub where not working properly. Hotel was a bit dated for the price.

Tv didn't work until the final night. Not many channels to choose from. Channel information was incorrect.

my room had all the AC roof units right outside my window, they hummed when working. also my AC didn’t work right I had to unplug it when it got too cold and then plug it back in when the room got to warm

Location
We have stayed in this hotel many times over the last 7 years. This was our first time since Covid. It now has a run down feeling, and could use an update. Stayed for 4 days and the room was not made up twice in that time. There were dogs barking in the halls and in rooms close to us. The main entrance was full of children allowed to run, play and scream all times of the day and night. The amenities like coffee in the front entrance was no longer available. Masks were not worn in common areas nor in the elevators and we ended up using the stairs as other guests without masks would barge right by us to use the elevator while it was clear we were next in line to get on. Instead of the hotel being a refuge for us, we couldn’t wait to leave it each morning, and avoided returning during the day, coming back only in the evening as to not spend much time there.

Location was easy to find close to other interests. Check in was very professional. Would definitely recommend it.
