Limited/no available parking. Condition of hallways, floors, and doors was poor. Rooms out-dated.

Restaurant food and wine was exceptional and very good value.
For the price we were paying for the room, not having new towels or the room serviced for the two nights we were there seemed deficient. We asked for towels and coffee pods which were delivered but simply left in a bag on the counter, not set out. We got what we wanted but with the bare minimum of service.

The staff is very friendly and helpful when checking in or if there is a question. Moreover, the hotel is well situated in a desirable location in the city.
This has been our "go-to" hotel for Kamloops, but it seems to be showing its age. The rooms feel aged, and the hallways are dirty. The rooms are not unclean, but they also don't feel clean and sterile overall. The hotel is not what it used to be, and we are seeking a new hotel to stay at when we need to stay in Kamloops.

The room and common areas were all clean. The atrium area is very pretty and the pool and hot tub are very comfortable. I like that there is a wading pool for children. We asked a very nice housekeeper for some directions and she was awesome.
Next time we will ask for a room a little closer to the entrance.
