I lost peer of new balance and Hermès parfum from MY ROOM !! Which is something I’ve never been through in any 5 star Hotel

The Restaurant is a disaster, long waits, orders processed incorrectly. Big management issues in the restaurant so the staff are stressed and not very happy. I would avoid this restaurant as it may ruin your stay. Good restaurant for breakfast next door called Sarahbeth's,
