Dining was very good, and staff were friendly.
The luggage situation and elevator with luggage cart were a real problem and configuration of hotel and checking in and out was difficult.

Large room, comfortable bed and pillows, friendly staff. Good water pressure in shower. Added earplugs by the bed, just in case! We didn’t need them even though a room on the front.
All good

We loved the property and it’s location. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.

More of a motel than hotel. A little concerning the entrance to the wing we stayed in was open access to the public and off the main road/street. Room was not ready on arrival after 4pm and we were 'upgraded' to a twin bed with cooking facilities. The room really wasted space with only one chair to sit in.
Staff were friendly enough but couldn't wait to leave
Security of the hotel premises
Poor parking facilities for size of the premises
Non-existent view
Rooms lacked any character and facilities
On busy main road opposite rail line with traffic running all night
