A Night to Remember B & B

The room was charming, the bed comfortable, the biggest plus was the location. We had concert tickets at the Casino and it was a short walk. The neighborhood seemed safe. We will stay there again.

You are met via a note and the building is confusing. We were in a part to the right up a couple flights of steep stairs. There was a breakfast form in our note, but no instructions on how to turn it in. It turns out there are back stairs and were locked at night. For a Bed and Breakfast, the breakfast was pretty minimal based on all the other places we have stayed. We might skip it next time. Over cooked eggs in the center of dried toast is not appealing. Another guest ordered scrampled eggs, that looked better. The woman who served it was very pleasant.

Great location, the room spacious and we enjoyed the sun room. Breakfast was delicious.

It was fine as is.

A lovely B&B with an Old English style—both inside and out—situated in a very quiet area. Key handover was well organized and communicated in advance. The dining room and entrance hall are truly charming. The bed was excellent. The host and a staff member were present only during breakfast. Breakfast was beautifully presented and delicious, though it unfortunately consisted only of fruit salad, a muffin, and French toast; we would have preferred a savory option. There was a choice of beverages. Breakfast offered a great opportunity to chat with the host and other guests. Niagara Falls is within easy walking distance, with the route taking you past the entertainment district. We stayed for just one night and found the B&B well-suited for that purpose.

The air conditioning unit is quite old; you have to turn it off or way down at night, otherwise sleeping is impossible. This style extends to the private bedroom as well, though the curtains and decor make the room feel somewhat cluttered.

The building is in need of a lot of deferred maintenance - very run down. Pictures are old. I am sure the building was amazing in the past, but not so much anymore.
