room size. bed comfort. bathroom lighting. pool. complementary airport shuttle. The shuttle is a must in choosing an airport-area hotel. security seems good, all the doors to lobby, pool, etc., need a key card.
Breakfast could use more items. The waffle was very good, but there wasn't much else I was interested in. The man at check-in is kind of grumpy. And he mumbles his words. Not a good communicator. But I'm getting used to him. Third time I've stayed here. Only one restaurant nearby was recommended and it was Cracker Barrell, not a good choice. Restaurants that deliver would be helpful.

The room was a good value for what it was. The airport shuttle was free and the hotel is not far from the airport. Overall it was not a bad deal and was clean. Very easy to book, check in and check out. Customer service was nice as well.
The door handle popped off but was able to put back on. The lights in the room are all very white, which is really not that bad, but I wish they were warmer. The TV remote had a few buttons that didn't work but we were still able to navigate the TV guide. The neighborhood this hotel is located in isn't great, not much walkability and had to take an Uber everywhere except when using the airport shuttle.

The room had all conveniences - Fridge, Microwave, Ironing board and Iron, so it was like staying in an apartment and quite convenient
The cleanliness was not up to my standards. The room was cleaned only once when I requested for it and not properly at that. Breakfast was also not that great with hardly any variety and no hot meals apart from Waffles.
