The front desk attendants were amazing! Very friendly and helpful.

The blankets were incredibly thin and scratchy. They were not comfortable at all.

Easy Check in. Room was clean and everything worked in the room.Breakfast was basic but fresh and area was clean

The Bed covers were too stiff and not very cozy.

great location. the king suite was perfect for our family of 3’s needs. super comfy bed.

Staff where friendly

Sheets had stains on them. Breakfast catered to sports teams and would not make extra eggs etc even though we where down before 9. Parking lot was very icy

it was a last min booking and front desk was amazing about accommodating us. very pleasant front desk.

I had no fave clothes or hand towels In my room. my shower didn’t work at all. there was a regular sized fridge Im my room. took up a lot of space and was awkward. the toilet paper was so thin it fell apart as you unrolled it. my room was right beside the stairs with my bed on the same wall which means I got to hear everyone going up and down and out. I got two pillows. the city on the walls was just gross. burn hole in blankets. I guess as a visitor to Alberta I wouldn’t know any better. as I’m writing this, I can hear 2 dogs fighting and people yelling at each at one another downstairs. this night just keeps getting better.

Didn't like the fact that we had to pay for our entire stay upfront and didnt give an option to pay for anything but our credit card. Only 1 of our door keys worked the 1st night, neither worked the 2nd night. Our coffee pot didn't work at all, made 1/4 cup of coffee and then wasn't even cleaned after the first night, did not attempt to use 2nd morning, went to tim hortons next door instead. Beds seemed old, could feel the springs in our back every time we moved.

Need more attention on details that can be fix/solve very easy such dusty lamps in bedrooms, bit of cleanness on corridor’s carpets and walls.( Attention Manager - this is your call!) Nothing to be worry about but to my standards may lack a bit of attention and dedication.

the room has stains on the wall and carpet. Gave a very dirty and dated feeling overall. Had bed bugs or something as I noticed a few large slightly raised bump on my legs after leaving the property.

The Staff.

Very dirty room. There was pubic hair in the bed. There was brown stuff splatter in the lampshade. There was something all over the light switches and outlets. It was just plain dirty.

Friendly staff upon arrival and quick check-in! Good location near many pubs and restaurants.

Carpets had multiple stains, lumpy pillows, the wifi was not great and although signs said otherwise, they had no cots available. When requesting a blanket be brought up to the 4th floor we were told to come down and get it ourselves.
