The location was an easy walk to the ice rink for competition. There are several restaurants in walking distance. And a safeway grocery store right across the street. I was able to stop several times to fill up my large fridge with a few food items so i didnt have to eat out for every meal. The room had a coffee maker that was easy to use to heat water for oat meal or tea. The room also had microwave and comfortable beds. The sliding door could be opened for fresh air which is important to me.

The front of the property has a good view of the hills but faces a very noisy road. It does quiet down at night… but man do the cars race through that area! I also had a neighbor who decided several nights to smoke pot on their balcony. That makes for a very unpleasant migraine for me. Not much they can do since it is legal to smoke in BC.

Location is great. A/C worked amazing. Staff very friendly.

The coffee brand you choose sucks, yuck. The floors are uneven and my toddler kept tripping over the bumps and scraped her knees 3 times. You offer a fitness center there is no fitness center. It's a bike in the pool area and it's way to hot and humid to use. The tropical plants in the pool area were dying or dead looked tacky and not clean. Sauna was a joke way to small. Bathroom in room 117 tub fixture wouldn't work for a bath for my daughter. Only 1 day wifi access, should be free the entire time I'm at you hotel, every other hotel I've stayed at offers free wifi while on the hotel property, this is ripping off guests. Most of the hot food for breakfast was ice cold even on the hot plate for keeping it warm. COLD food sucks, eggs were not edible rubbery and old.
