the head board was broken and also not enough room on our bed

wir konnten nicht einchecken, weil mehr als 2 Stunden keiner an der Rezeption war, niemand auf Anrufe oder Nachrichten reagiert hat. Wir mussten uns dann eine andere Bleibe suchen. Habe noch mal geschrieben, dass wir das Geld zurückbekommen, seither keine Reaktion der Unterkunft bekommen.

Good quality coffee and coffee pot. Friendly front desk. Green space close by for dogs. Very comfy beds.

Entry door to unit needed weather stripping. Gap in door let light and air in the room.

Customer service was incredible. I stayed during this winter season when it hit -36. I was concerned about my vehicle starting and I was asking about outdoor power outlets so I could plug my vehicle in. The receptionist changed me to a room which had outdoor outlets. When I got to the room I realized she upgraded me to an upgraded suite room, free of charge. The suite was nicely renovated and very clean, it was a very cozy stay for the week. I'll be sure to recommend to friends/family, thanks for everything!

The weather seal at the bottom of the door was leaky. It created a really cold draft when it was -36 outside, it made it hard to heat up the room.

Staff good at desk.

Dirty tub. 1/2 roll of toilet paper ran out mid use and no extras in room.

staff was friendly. kitchenette was nice.

unsafe electrics. the back of the tv, wires and socket were inches away from the kitchen sink. very unsafe. loud nextdoor neighbour that had kids running around until midnight. overpriced for a very basic room
